Accreditation of media representatives at the Russian Concert Agency events

Dear colleagues,

Please note that mentioning the event in reports, announcements, interviews, and other materials is mandatory for accreditation to concerts and other events of the Russian Concert Agency. In case of non-compliance, the RCA reserves the right to refuse accreditation for future events.

We would also be very grateful for you providing us with links to publications about concerts and other events.

Accreditation requirements

1. The accreditation requires a written application to victoria.ivanova.info@gmail.com
2. The application must be made on the official letterhead of the applying organization and signed by its managing person, indicating the following data:

• date and name of the event, accreditation purpose (news report, interview, etc.);
• full name and position of the media representative(s);
• contact mobile phone number of the media representative(s);
• contact number of the editorial office;
• list of equipment required for shooting (if any).

3. For weekdays, the application must be sent no later than 24 hours before the event. Applications for events on weekends and holidays must be sent no later than 3 p.m. on the day preceding the non-working period.
4. The RCA reserves the right to refuse accreditation without giving reasons.
